Touch id not working iphone 6 after screen replacement

I fixed it accidentally though. I tried restarting the phone, and we even did a complete wipe to default with no luck. I lately broke the flex from the home button and after replacement touch id not working.

When I go to set up touch id, it does not read my fingerprint when it says to input your fingerprint.
